FREE PICK UP IN STORE
Please allow 2-3 weekdays for handling (please allow longer if purchase placed on weekends). You will receive a confirmation email once your purchase is ready for collection. Please note, due to currently reduced hours, pick-up is only available Wednesday to Sunday 10am-2pm. Please ensure you have received confirmation that your order is ready for collection.
FREE LOCAL DELIVERY
Free local delivery is available for our Port Fairy and Warrnambool customers. Deliveries can include any items that are listed as 'postage not available'. We will deliver contact-free within 3-5 working days, at the earliest convenient time. Please note, this may be after hours or on weekends - please ensure there is somewhere safe and out of the weather to leave your parcel.
We currently have three postage pricing tiers based on the weight of your order;
1. Up to 500g = $7
2. 500g - 1kg = $10
3. Over 1kg = $15
If you feel your postage quote does not reflect the weight of the items in your cart, please get in touch. We are only human, and we may have made a mistake when we uploaded the products.
Due to enforced restrictions in Victoria and the added pressure on Auspost, express shipping is currently unavailable. Please note, you may experience delays in receiving your parcel.
Our online orders will now be packaged with recycled and reused materials when available, as well as biodegradable bubble wrap. Please note that gift-wrapped purchases are currently an exception. We are also working on ways to give our customers the option to select a biodegradable post bag for online purchases.
We post all of our parcels through Australia Post. In addition to handling time, please allow 3-5 days for standard parcels.
Tracking is available on all parcels. Details will be emailed (or texted) once your items have been shipped.
At Pash + Evolve we are a small, family run business. Our office team consists of one staff member on a part-time basis. We pride ourselves on our customer service, however occasionally mistakes do happen with inventory. We thank you for your understanding and compassion during this trying time, if there are any issues with your order, a member of our staff will be in contact with you as soon as possible to discuss and rectify.
