Refund Policy

At Pash + Evolve, we adhere to the Australian Consumer Affairs Refund Policy.

RETURNS

We are sorry, but we cannot process a refund for any change of mind purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please get in touch within 7 days of receipt. After an assessment, we may approve a return for a store credit - please note however, this will not include original or subsequent postage costs to return the items to our store. All items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Please ensure you have been in contact with staff and received approval before returning any items either by post, or in store.
