We are sorry, but we cannot process a refund for any change of mind purchases. All purchases of items where a discount has been applied - either by clearance or by discount code, are final.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please get in touch within 7 days of receipt. After an assessment, we may approve a return on non-sale items for a store credit - please note however, this will not include original or subsequent postage costs to return the items to our store. If free shipping was applied, there will be a shipping fee deducted from you total credit amount. All items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Please ensure you have been in contact with staff and received approval before returning any items either by post, or in store.
